2. Be fluid and flexible for the given times and issues present

4. Offer both traditional academic curriculum as well as creative educational opportunities in a highly dynamic scholastic context

American Indian Apprenticeship Initiative

The intent of the Initiative is to develop a life long relationship between American Indian People and the apprentice Building and Construction Trades. This Initiative provides an opportunity to create a skills and data bank; provides a mechanism, by contract, for monitoring compliance in fulfilling reservation ordinances, contractor pre-qualifications, safety training, and pre-bid requirements; assures quality; and assists American Indians with recruitment, certified training, long term job placement, and entrepreneurial opportunities.
